This 5-day introductory-level course innovatively introduces the
basics of object technology in a non-technical, non-threatening
manner reinforcing these concepts with an extensive hands-on object-oriented
analysis and design project. Performing a wide variety of universal
development techniques allows participants to sharpen their new
found object skills.
Object-Oriented Testing
This 2-day introductory-level course surveys object-oriented testing,
emphasizing a semi-formal approach to testing in a team development
environment. Participants explore the many roles of testing throughout
a typical large-scale object-oriented development process.
Iterative Requirements Development
This three-day workshop provides instruction in managing requirements
in an iterative development process. Includes writing, revising
and utilization of use cases; mapping requirements to specifications;
feedback management; reinforcing the training with hands-on experience
in use case and scenario design and creation.
Use Case Development
This three-day workshop provides instruction in the writing, revising
and utilization of use cases in software development, reinforcing
the training with hands-on experience in use case and scenario design
and creation.
The techniques and experiences acquired in this course are useful
in any development environment, object-oriented or not, in which
use cases play a part.
